Where can I get a VIP-Flexisim?

How can I activate my VIP-Flexisim?

Once you have received your VIP-Flexisim, simply log onto www.voyagerIP.com, click on the login/register my Sim and follow the prompts to register your data sim card.

How do I Top Up my VIP-Flexisim?

To top up your sim, log into your portal and click on the top-up section in the menu. To make it easier for you, it is also possible to set up an automated top-up option, you can arrange for your sim to be automatically reimbursed when it reaches a certain amount. (link to top up)

How do I cancel a scheduled automatic top up?

To cancel your scheduled top ups, Log into your account then go to Top Up methods and select “Automatic”. All automated top-ups that have been set up on your account will be displayed. Below each of these you will see a “delete” link, please click this link to cancel any future automated top ups.

What payment methods are accepted on the website?

All major credit and debit cards.

Do I have to enter my credit card information each time I use the Portal?

It is not necessary to enter your card details each time you use the site. If you wish to save your cards details, please tick on the ‘save card’ box as you complete your payment details. This is safe and secure.

Can I use my existing hardware?

With the VIP Flexisim there is no need to change what you already have, as long as you can log in and change the APN details, there is no need to get new hardware. But if you do fancy a change, we are happy to advise and help on that front too.

Can I suspend service?

Yes – you are in complete control as to when you activate, suspend service and require a top-up. There are no minimum terms of contract.

Is there a charge to suspend a SIM card?

No
